- The client must provide a secondary form of identification to ensure accurate representation.
- We require a valid phone number and email address for communication purposes.
- Clients must be available for a live video chat using the link provided to them.
- Our minimum tax preparation fee is $150, which covers basic scenarios such as married filing joint tax returns with W-2 wages and schedule A itemization.
- Complex tax returns may incur higher preparation fees. Please contact us directly for pricing.
- Payment should be made using our PayPal link, ensuring that the primary or secondary taxpayer’s name matches the name on the card used for payment.
- To streamline our operations and maintain cost-effectiveness, we request advance payment for services.
- In the event of attempted filing of false or fraudulent tax returns without adequate documentation, no refunds will be issued from the $150 payment.
- We reserve the right to halt the tax return filing process if any suspicious activity is detected.
- All file uploads and downloads must be conducted through our secure portal; we do not accept email attachments for security reasons.
