This is management-use-only financial statements and not expected to be used by a third party. An Engagement Letter signed by both the accountant and client’s management is required to hire us for this service. This is not an audit, review, or compilation of financial statements. Each page of the financial statement indicates that “ No CPA provides any assurance on these financial statements.” Our Firm’s name is not required on these statements and we will not be affiliating with any of these statements.
